Your time is valuable, and so is mine. To ensure I can offer the best care to all clients, please review the following policy before booking:

1. Payment
• All sessions are paid in full at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

2. Cancellations
• If you cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment, you may reschedule your session at no extra cost.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment are non-refundable.

3. Rescheduling
• You may reschedule once (with 48 hours’ notice) without penalty.
• Further reschedules will be treated as a cancellation.

4. No-Shows
• If you miss your appointment without notice, the session is non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

5. Emergencies
• I understand that life happens. If you experience an emergency, please contact me as soon as possible—I’ll always do my best to find a compassionate solution.
